Discounts
Discounts are possible throughout the year. For the Groede and Finistère there is a fixed last minute discount of 10% or more. This is based on occupancy. This discount is only valid for online reservations. We also regularly issue discount codes via social media. Follow us on Twitter or Facebook to stay informed. Rental periods
Rental periods are flexible. You can arrive and depart on any day. There are two exceptions to this:
- For TS 37, only weekly rentals apply.
- For Finistere there is weekly rental during the summer vacations.
When you use the online reservation form, you will see in red at the top whether your selected dates are possible.
The check-in time is 15:00h the check-out time is 9:00h.
In consultation later departure is often possible
Linen and towel rental
1 single or children's bed linen set €. 8,50 towel set (bath towel and towel) €. 2,50
(Only available for rent from the owner of the rental accommodation. Not through other linen companies).
Children's furniture
In all app. are cribs and possibly a box, highchair, stair gate or bed rack (timely request). If you would like additional children's furniture, this can be rented. Rental price crib is: €. 10,00 per week / highchair is €. 6,00 per week (cot per day €. 3,00 and chair per day €. 2,00.

Tourist tax
Tourist tax €. 1,78 p.p.p.d. (for children from 4 years old). If there are more persons staying in the apartments than specified, you run the risk of being evicted from your accommodation when checked. Changes in the number of persons must be notified in advance.
Liability
The landlord is not liable for any damage or injury experienced through the use of the facilities on the premises.
Prices
The rental prices include gas, water, electricity and VAT. All rental prices are subject to change. Rental prices exclude tourist tax (€. 1,78 p.p.p.d) and final cleaning.
Payment
After receiving the confirmation you have to pay 30% of the rent within 2 days. The remainder of the rent including the deposit and tourist tax must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. If you book less than 6 weeks before arrival, the amount must be paid at once.
Rental conditions
Rental takes place under the rental conditions listed on the site.
Rentals are only allowed to families or families in groups, couples, business groups and weddings.
Bike order voucher
When you book your vacation with us you can reserve bikes online through our website. You will automatically receive a 10% discount on your bicycle order.
